Island Peak Climbing is one of the most selling climbing trips of Nepal. It is an adventurous trip which is only offered to adventure seeker who is energetic and physically fit. Mostly, our company would like to offer this trip for those people who had already experienced trekking at least once. It is a part of heart of Khumbu Region. Island Peak is 6189 m high from the level of sea surface. The Island Peak is also known as Imje Tse Peak; it is called Island peak since it looks as an island as it is viewed from Dingboche.

Kathmandu – Lukla (2800m.) by flight. Trek Lukla – Phakding (2652m.).

Trek Phakding – Namche Bazaar (3440m.).

Rest at Namche Bazaar for acclimatization.

Trek Namche Bazaar – Thyangboche (3867m.).

Trek Thyangboche – Dingboche(4530m).

Trek Dingboche – Chhukung (4730m.).

Trek Chhukung – Island Peak Base Camp (5087m).

Climb Base Camp – High Camp.

Summit Island Peak (6189m.) and return back to the Base Camp.

  • A climbing guide
  • Climbing peak permit for Island Peak
  • Equipment fee for 1 climbing sirdar
  • Necessary porters (one porter can carry the luggage up to 20 kilograms)
  • Sagarmatha (Mt. Everest) National Park Entry Permit.
  • Trekkers’ Information Management System (TIMS) card
  • All surface transportation from hotel to airport and from airport to hotel
  • All meals three times a day (breakfast, lunch and dinner) only for guide and porter.
  • Accommodation in Lodges during the trek and partly camp for guide and porter.
  • Necessary trekking equipment such as sleeping bag, down jacket,tent,matresses,cooking utensils etc. for guide and porter.
  • Trekking and climbing Insurance for guide climbing and porter.
  • Flight tickets from Kathmandu to Lukla and from Lukla to Kathmandu for you and the Nepali staffs
  • Airport tax at Kathmandu domestic airport and Lukla airport
  • Airport pick up and drop services

Price Excludes

  • Emergency Mountain Medical Rescue (Provided by your insurance company please buy in your country, you could not buy in Nepal)
  • Necessary trekking and climbing equipment such as sleeping bag, down jacket,tent,matresses,cooking utensils etc. for you. it can be hired in Kathmandu or Chhukung.
  • All meals three times a day (breakfast, lunch and dinner) for you during the trekking and climbing
  • Accommodation in Lodges during the trek and partly camp for you during the trekking and climbing
  • Garbage disposal deposit .But this amount is refundable to you after your arrival from the trek.
  • Personal nature expenses such as drinks, hot shower, battery charges, beverages etc.
  • Tips (not compulsory it depends upon your happiness)
